Business Analyst (f/m/d) Digital Core Tech

Your Challenges:

  • Understand the client domain and quickly grasp what makes our business stakeholders tick.
  • Facilitate workshops and sessions with the customer to bring ideas to life and structure the approach to delivering a product.
  • Become a trusted and valued partner of the Product Owner, client’s business stakeholders and client executives.
  • Embrace change, and champion the Agile ways of working.
  • Help your team and clients understand trade-offs when making business decisions, and explain why you would do things a certain way.
  • Work with our engineers and QAs to clarify the unknowns and make sure User Stories are well explained, documented, and prioritised.
  • Work collaboratively with your peers and more senior consultants inside and outside of the team.

Your Profile:

  • Ideally hold a BSc and/or MSc.
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar position, working successfully with teams to deliver digital solutions.
  • Understanding of agile mindset and project/product management techniques.
  • Proven facilitation know-how.
  • Ability to understand software development well-enough to be able to find common ground between engineering and business priorities
  • Appetite to develop consulting skills.
  • Drive and determination to continually learn new things and develop yourself, with a passion for digital technologies.
  • Be fluent in English, proficient knowledge of business German preferred.
  • Prior consulting experience preferred but not required.
